Our doctors use the neurologically based method of Torque Release Technique, a specialized adjustment chiropractic technique that can correct subluxation or spinal misalignments in a gentle and non-invasive means. Adjustments remove nerve interference, promote joint mobility and restore the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force known as chi, believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. Acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance by inserting needles into specific points along these meridians.

Dry needling targets trigger points in the muscle or connective tissue. This method is a shorter duration than acupuncture, needles only stay in for a minute or less. Used to treat acute injuries, tender bands of muscle, tight muscles, fasciitis, and more.

The ancient technique of cupping draws blood into the area of treatment to help promote healing, remove toxins, improve range of motion, increase circulation to damaged areas, and helps release fascial adhesions to improve range of motion. 

The use of kinesiotaping aids in neuromuscular reeducation and bracing, and helps with lymphatic drainage and circulation.

This technique uses your muscles’ biomechanics to help release muscle adhesions, promote range of motion, and restore joint mobility.
